for sale

The house next door is for sale. There are apparently two different agencies trying to sell the house - up until last week, there was a sign in the front yard with a little puppy on it from the haart agency (i'm quite fond of the puppy. i think it's a cute touch that makes the sign memorable...not that it's relevant right now). Over the weekend, a guy from another agency came and removed the haart agencies sign, and replaced it with his own, leaving the haart sign on the ground on the side of the house.

Today, the haart agent came back, and passive aggressively put his sign back up, by literally stapling his sign back on top of the other sign, and I found it to be hysterical...
